Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing workshops, webinars, consultations, events, or other paid services.
This Refund Policy applies to payments made for workshops, webinars, masterclasses, one-on-one consultations, events, educational programs, digital resources, and other paid services offered through Akshay Pabba, the Financial Learning Community, and related official platforms.
By making a payment or registering for a paid service, you agree to this Refund Policy along with our Terms & Conditions.
Due to the nature of live events, digital educational content, limited seat availability, and pre-planned resources, payments made for our programs and services are generally non-refundable unless specifically mentioned otherwise or required by applicable law.
Please carefully review the event details, schedule, pricing, inclusions, and eligibility before completing your payment.
Registration fees paid for live workshops, webinars, masterclasses, training sessions, and educational events are generally non-refundable once your registration has been confirmed.
Your registration reserves a limited seat and helps us plan the event, technology, resources, and participant experience.
No refund will generally be provided for:
Payments made for one-on-one consultation or educational guidance sessions reserve dedicated time for the participant and are generally non-refundable after booking confirmation.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may contact our team before the scheduled time to request a rescheduling. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may be considered at our discretion.
Missed appointments or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Payments for digital content, downloadable resources, recordings, guides, educational materials, templates, or other electronically delivered content are generally non-refundable once access has been provided or the content has been delivered.
Refunds may be considered in limited situations, including:
If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same registration or service.
If we cancel a paid event and no suitable alternative or rescheduled session is offered.
If payment was successfully deducted but your registration was not completed and the issue cannot be resolved.
If a verified technical issue on our side prevents access to the paid service and a reasonable alternative cannot be provided.
In rare circumstances, we may need to postpone, reschedule, or cancel an event, workshop, webinar, or consultation due to operational, technical, or other unforeseen reasons.
Where possible, we may offer an alternative date, replacement session, or another reasonable solution. If an event is cancelled and no suitable alternative is provided, eligible participants may be offered a refund.
If you fail to attend a workshop, webinar, masterclass, consultation, or scheduled event after successful registration, your absence will generally not qualify for a refund.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team through our official communication channels and provide the following information:
Refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances and eligibility under this policy. Approval of a refund request is not automatic.
If approved, refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method where technically possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, and transaction method.
If you have a concern regarding a payment, duplicate charge, or registration issue, we encourage you to contact our team first so we can review and attempt to resolve the matter.
We may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operations, or applicable requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
If you have questions about a payment, registration, cancellation, or refund request, please contact the Akshay Pabba Financial Learning Community team through our official communication channels.
